The first information session on Next Generation funds for digital transformation in health is coming soon

The TIC Salut Social Foundation, with the collaboration of BIOCAT and ACCIÓ, is holding an information session on calls for applications for Next Generation funds. The event will take place on 4 July at the event hall in the Edifici Salvany building from 9am to 1.30pm. It is aimed at professionals in the health ecosystem. Tech companies linked to organisations such as the Spanish Federation of Health Technology Companies (FENIN) and the Multisector Association of Information, Communication and Electronic Technology Companies (AMETIC) have been invited. The event can also be followed live and via streaming through the following link

The aim of the event is to bring together the most relevant lines of work in the Catalan Health System, present specific needs in terms of digital transformation, and present the state of the art of some projects.

It also seeks to give the industry greater knowledge of the system’s needs. It is an opportunity to strengthen and establish new synergies and strategic alliances that will make it possible to progress towards consolidating more efficient, precise, reliable and personalised health services. Next Generation funds are intended to promote the country’s resilience and drive an ecological and digital transition through projects that meet social and health care needs.

Some of the projects and work areas presented during the day will revolve around cybersecurity, presented by the Cybersecurity Agency of Catalonia; social and health integration; artificial intelligence; mobile health and digital assets for citizens; digital medical imaging and personalised care.
