The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it is collected and to determine any possible liability that may arise from the purpose, in addition to the periods established in the archiving and documentation regulations.

The security measures implemented correspond to those provided for in Annex II (Security measures) of Royal Decree 3/2010, of 8 January, which regulates the National Security System in the field of e-Government.

Rights of the data subject

The rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability may be exercised at dpd-FTSS@ticsalutsocial.cat. In any case, proof of identity must be provided, such as a copy of the National ID number or equivalent.
