The Integrated Information to the Electronic Clinical History and the Tools of Mobility so much to the Attention Continued, as a the Domiciliary Hospitalisation and to the PADES (Programs of Domiciliary Attention and Teams of Support) has incrementat in this edition. In the case of the Clinical History Shared of Catalonia, practically has arrived to 100% of connection and publication of the Entities Suppliers. Whereas 60% of the Entities of Skilled Attention informed that they publish information structured referent to espirometries, pathological anatomy and laboratory.
In reference to Cat@salut LMS, pointing that 20% of the Supplier Entities already have of any service web homologat, highlighting the programming of visits of Primary Attention, change of doctor and eConsulta, how the most consulted services for the citizens in this area.
For part of the infrastructures that have the Entities to connect and communicate, so much via WiFIS as a Web-Service, between the 70 and 80% informed that they are capacitades to develop it.
As a consequence of the evolution and the growth of the population, every time is more usual that the Entities Suppliers have of a big volume of data to analyse and to treat. 7% of the Entities confirmed that already have of any project in Big Date, which are giving results very positive in order to improve the benefit of services to the citizen. Referent to the BYOD (Bring your own device), 26% of the Entities already allow to his professionals assistencialsthe use of his personal devices to the place of work, allowing like this the access to the systems of information of his institutions.
The practical of the Telemedicina continues the positive evolution of the last years. The use of the Telediagnòstic and the Teleconsultasituates around 70%, whereas the Telemonitoring continues with the same trend of the last years and arrives to 20%.
Finally, regarding the utilisation of the interactive services, the Entities informed that 80% of the citizens are attended by institutions that favour the use of the APPs to give services in health, how also highlight the increase of 10% in the utilisation of the use of services webs and of the interaction to the social networks with regard to the past year.
Once analysed all the results and with the aim to improve the practice assistencial, foresee three big challenges of expensive the 2016 how are: improve the coordination between levels assistencials by means of the standardisation of the communications between Entities Suppliers, increase the implantation of projects of Big Date to the Entities and, for last, incrementar the use of the new tools of mobility how are the apps.
