“The new technologies have an every time greater presence in our day in day out, and this also reflects in the field of the health. The development of new shapes of communication and interaction with the patients like the virtual communities, the telemedicina, the apps of health, etc. They give answer to the increasing demands of a greater autogestió of the illness, what sees reflected clearly in the results of the survey of this year” has explained Enric Llopis, project manager of the Foundation TicSalut and responsible of the study.

Along this line it highlights that a 51% of the centres of Catalan health of the public network employ the telediagnòstic, a 50% the teleconsulta and a 11% the telemonitorització. Besides, a 19% of the computer devices of use assistencial of the sanitary centres are mobile, 63% of the centres allow to access to the data of health by means of portable, a 37% by means of tauletes and a 21% through smartphones. These results put of self-evident the effort that are doing the Catalan centres to adapt to the increasing need to access to the data since different devices and locations.

The survey also has put of relief that the Clinical History Shared of Catalonia (HC3) is a tool consolidated to all the Catalan sanitary centres, with a 100% of hospitals and centres of primary attention of the public network connected to HC3, and with a spectacular increase with regard to the past year to the centres of mental health (has happened of the 17 to 73%) and to the centres sociosanitaris (of the 38 to 78%). It is necessary to highlight also that 43% of the sanitary centres no longer move any clinical history in paper and that any centre prints the plates radiològiques of usual shape.

During the act has presented the Master Plan of Mobility, a common project of the Department of Health and of the of Social Welfare, jointly with the one of Presidency, that is pioneering in the European Community. The project has developed a frame of common reference where encabir the strategies in mobility of these departments to allow have a complete vision of how the mobility can influence in the citizens, since the prevention and promotion of the health, until the social attention in his different slopes.
