The Personalised Digital Care area drives the use of technology in care processes so they become more proactive, participative, collaborative, intelligent, and personalised, ensuring the progress in health systems.

Objectives are:

  • Define, design, and develop technological protocols and tools that guarantee a personalised, proactive, and standardised monitoring of the citizen.
  • Enhance technological care services efficiency and accessibility to build a modular gaze that encompasses both molecular and environmental determiners.
  • Introduce comprehensive models to detect, diagnose, treat, and monitor the patient.
  • Evaluate technology solutions that adapt health and social care to the system’s needs and centre around the individual and its population.

The area centres around driving technological tools that bring the care model to that of personalised precision medicine and of e-Health.
