Reinforcing the Bridges and Scaling up EU/US Cooperation on Patient Summary
Trillium Bridge II seeks to create a global community for the practice of innovation in digital health, increasing the adoption of patient summaries around the world for the benefit of individuals.
The project intends to advance with an international standard summary of the patient that allows access and sharing the health information in cases of emergency or unplanned assistance in any territory of the world, beginning with immunizations, allergies, medications, problems and clinical procedures.
