Descripction
In order to facilitate the management of the Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), unmet needs of patients and healthcare professionals have been identified and reviewed. Different focus groups have been stablished for the study of the Patient Journey and the care route respectively.
Through the analysis of the obtained information possible technological solutions will be proposed and they will be tested and validated to provide a better support and monitoring ecosystem based on mobile technologies. The ultimate goal is to obtain a patient-centered care.
