01. Description
This project develops a mobile solution allowing the transnational access to the current patient’s healthcare paltforms. The aim of the project is to develop a solution focused to the management of chronic patients. The solution, simple and intuitive, has been purchased through a Pre-Commerical Procurement and will enable an effective way to offer healthcare to patients thorugh mobiles in the EU member states.
The PCP are a little used tool to promote the innovation. Another aim of the project is to show the effectiveness of the PCP, getting close the social needs resolution.
