Join the 5th Shared Patient Experience International Colloquium

Barcelona will host the 5th Shared Patient Experinece International Colloquium at the World Trade Center from October 9th to 10th. A prominent international meeting where there will be a space dedicated to presenting technological solutions that directly contribute to improving the patient experience in the use of health services.

The colloquium offers startups or developing companies the opportunity to participate in a space reserved for eight companies, which will have the option to present themselves four times over the two days during communication sessions. This is not a commercial space to visit during breaks, but an area set up to present the company and the solution to all attendees in an orderly manner.

Specifically, this session will have a chairperson responsible for giving a global presentation of all companies. This part will be carried out from a lectern and with a projection system; afterwards, in each company’s space.

  • Estimated audience at the colloquium: 300
  • Profile of attendees: institution executives and healthcare professionals, patient management managers, quality managers.
  • Capacity of the space reserved for startups: approximately 50 people.
  • Estimated duration of these spaces: 2 hours for each of the 4 sessions
  • All companies will be available in the 4 sessions.
  • These are specific sessions with a session chair and in a single space.
  • Language: accepted languages are English, French, and Spanish. There will be no simultaneous translation in this space.

How to participate?

 

Send this form before September 10th. To obtain final acceptance, you must register 4 people who will have access to all the activities of the Colloquium.
