Opportunities in digital health and challenges at the hands of the Athika project

Want to learn more about the technological influence and challenges of the digital health industry? The ATHIKA project has created an interdisciplinary online course for the digital transformation of the digital health sector.

This course will allow the student to establish the foundations of the digital health sector based on real challenges, as well as technologies (Internet of Things, Big Data, artificial intelligence, machine learning) that may be keys to the evolution of the sector, always from a humanistic perspective and an ethical reflection on technological solutions.

  • Priority for La Salle Master’s students.

European ATHIKA project

In 2019, the ATHIKA project was started, funded by the ERASMUS+ programme (European Commission – EAC-A05-2017), focused on the design and deployment of multidisciplinary training programmes.

The TIC Salut Social Foundation participates in the identification of the challenges and needs of the health sector as well as with experiences in eHealth and mHealth, to provide professionals with the necessary expertise to develop eHealth solutions that respond to current challenges in the sector.
