The Department of Social Rights will present its strategy to implement integrated care in Catalonia called DARE: Data for Integrated Care in Catalonia at the annual European Social Services Awards promoted by the European Social Network.
The proposal, implemented through the Social and Health Integration Agency of Catalonia, is competing with a total of 44 projects and initiatives from various European countries. There are 6 different categories: service delivery, workforce support, collaborative practices, research and evaluation, excellence in cities, and digital transformation, which is the category the Department of Social Rights’ proposal is in.
The deadline to view and vote on the best proposals is 4 November. The winners will be announced at the annual awards ceremony in Zagreb, Croatia on 16-17 November, hosted by Zagreb City Council – Department for Social Protection and People with Disabilities. Voting is free and open to everyone who wishes to do so through the following form:

Candidates for the awards include profiles such as managers of public social services, funders, planners, and social service providers.
