The new website of the Results Centre allows for interactive queries and dynamic analyses

The Department of Health this week presented the Results Centre of the Health System of Catalonia which, through a new web portal, allows for interactive queries and dynamic analyses with graphs of the grouped indicators in six areas: primary care, hospital care, intermediate care, mental health and addictions, medical emergencies and public health.

The Results Centre is an instrument fostered by the Department of Health and the Catalan Health Service and led by the Health Quality and Assessment Agency of Catalonia (AQuAS) to measure, evaluate and disseminate the results achieved in terms of quality and effectiveness, efficiency, equity and sustainability by the different agents that make up the Catalan Health System (SISCAT).

A trailblazer in the State and a European benchmark, the Results Centre strives to encourage and enable professionals and managers of health services to monitor their actions with a view to continuous care improvement to contribute to improving people’s health.

The Results Centre is decision-making oriented and it becomes a ‘results map’ of the health system by allowing the consultation and evolutionary comparison of the indicators over the years. This tool not only provides data, but it also analyses the information and generates conclusions through the reports and interpretive sheets available. Currently, you can consult the interactive data from 2017, data that will be updated periodically.
