Kick-off Conference CONNECT-CARE
On October 9, the kick-off meeting for CONNECT CARE—a European Horizon Europe project involving the TIC Salut i Social Foundation—will take place at the University of Palermo in a hybrid format.
CONNECT CARE aims to facilitate the transition of digital health technologies from innovation to practice by accelerating their validation, adoption, and scaling within primary and community care. The project will connect Living Labs across seven European countries to develop a harmonized methodology for testing and validating solutions in real-world settings.
Alix Gonzalez, Public Programs Officer, will represent the Foundation at this project kick-off meeting.
