DIPLOCAT and the Departments of Health and Social Rights of the Generalitat de Catalunya will organize the day Isolated but cared for. Integrated social and health care in sparsely populated environments: exchange of good practices and innovation processes.
The event will take place on Wednesday, May 8, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., in the Department of Health’s Auditorium in Barcelona (Pavelló Ave Maria; Travessera de les Corts 131-159).
The aim of the day is to encourage the study and exchange of international good practice models applicable to social and health care in remote or sparsely populated areas of Catalonia, contributing in this way to facilitating territorial balance and the fight against depopulation.
