PEACHD-SumaSalut is a free web-based application promoted and adapted to the Catalan context by the Public Health Agency of Catalonia and Hospital Clínic de Barcelona within the framework of the PEACHD project (Piloting European Action on Cancer Health Determinants, Contract No. 101129260, www.peachd4health.eu) co-funded by the European Union.
Through a simple questionnaire on diet, physical activity, alcohol consumption and tobacco use, the application assesses health-related behaviours and provides personalized recommendations to promote health and help prevent major chronic diseases. It provides a summary of the results, personalized advice and the option to download a detailed report. It does not provide clinical diagnoses or calculate individual health risk.
