You also have a very extensive database of recipes and sports, where you can consult information on a recipe or exercise, how to do it, difficulty, caloric expenditure, etc.
For a proper nutrition and glucose control, the Nutritional Calculator offers you the possibility to comfortably know the amount of carbohydrates present in an ingredient or recipe so that you are in complete control of your diet.
Suggin offers in its Data section a summary of all the statistics related to your diabetes, glucose evolution graphs and lifestyle parameters ordered by the time unit you prefer, so that you can share them with whoever you want.
