The PO-SCORAD tool allows patients to self-assess the severity of their eczema. It includes images of eczema symptoms for different skin types for babies, children, and adults. It allows patients to take photos of their injuries to illustrate a specific moment between two visits. The score can be calculated weekly and be sent to the doctor, as well as .pdf files.
