Dactyls is a communication system for people with deafblindness that combines the use of the tactile dactylological alphabet, tactile signs and rules that regulate its operation.
The purpose of the App is to make known and disseminate for general knowledge and learning the Dactyls communication system and especially among people with deafblindness and their entire environment, in order to achieve a standardized and homogeneous use of the same.
The DACTYLS application has been developed by the Center for Technology and Innovation (ONCE), the Technical Unit for Deafness (ONCE) and the Complutense University of Madrid.
